We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for ambitious B2B Sales professionals who want to build a solid career in consultative selling, enterprise client acquisition and solution-based sales.

Position Overview

We are hiring 2 Business Development Consultants:

1. Staffing & HR Solutions
Candidates from Recruitment, Staffing, IT Services, IT SaaS, HR Tech, HR Consulting,



Payroll or other B2B service industries are preferred. IT SaaS/service sales experience is preferred over pure product sales.

2. Compliance & Business Outsourcing
Candidates with experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, Payroll, Cost Optimization, BPO or Professional Services will be preferred. Candidates from other B2B service industries with strong sales experience can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through CRM tools, LinkedIn, databases, networking, cold calling and other lead-generation channels.
- Identify prospects and connect with CEO, CXO, CHRO, CFO, HR, Procurement and Business Heads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, meetings, requirement understanding, presentations, proposals, follow-ups, negotiations and closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
