Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate, issue, and post accurate daily bills, receipts, and client invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: Track incoming payments, update receivable ledgers, and match payments to corresponding invoices.
- Dispute Resolution: Answer client queries, investigate balance discrepancies, and solve payment complaints.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and client ledger reconciliations during monthly financial closures.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic financial statements, outstanding debt aging reports, and daily transaction logs for management
