Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Inside Sales Manager
with a solid background in
B2B sales, lead generation, email marketing, outbound sales, and sales team management
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales initiatives, generating and nurturing qualified leads, managing email marketing campaigns, and leading the inside sales team toward achieving business targets.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and hands-on experience with
email marketing, digital prospecting, and CRM platforms
.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective
inside sales and outbound sales strategies
.
- Plan, manage, and optimize
email marketing campaigns
for lead generation, prospect engagement, and customer nurturing.
- Create targeted email campaigns, sequences, follow-ups, and promotional communications.




- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Manage prospects throughout the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Segment prospect databases and personalize email campaigns based on customer profiles and business needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM systems.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
