Product Manager – CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager – E commerce, Conversion & Growth to own the conversion performance of our Shopify storefront. The role focuses on CRO, analytics, A/B testing, UX, and E commerce growth, working closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, and CX teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the complete ecommerce funnel — Landing Page, Category, PDP, Cart, Checkout, and Post-Purchase.
- Analyze CVR, funnel drop-offs, revenue, AOV, RPS/RPV, customer behavior, merchandising, acquisition, and technical performance metrics.
- Use GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap, SQL, session recordings, heatmaps, surveys, and customer feedback to identify conversion opportunities.
- Build and prioritize a CRO prospect backlog based on impact, confidence, and effort.
- Own the A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis creation, test design, sample-size planning, QA, statistical analysis,



and experiment reporting.
- Monitor statistical significance, power, confidence intervals, sample ratio mismatch, novelty effects, and concurrent test interactions.
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks, tracking plans, metric definitions, data governance, and performance alerts.
- Work with Design on UI/UX frameworks, wireframes, user flows, design systems, mobile-first experiences, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, experiment readouts, dashboards, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Build self-service dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Partner with Engineering and Shopify teams to improve storefront performance, tracking, checkout, and customer experience.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership and drive decisions based on data.
- Enable Marketing, Merchandising, and CX teams to use dashboards and follow ecommerce
