Job Role: HR Recruiter – Logistics

Job Description
- Handle recruitment activities for logistics-related positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic and initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for logistics roles.
- Communicate job requirements, salary details, and other employment terms to candidates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills & Requirements




- Experience in logistics recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Marathi and English language proficiency preferred.
- Good sourcing, screening, and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Job Details
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
- Experience: Logistics recruitment preferred; freshers can apply
