Job Summary

We are hiring a Backend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to build scalable and high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI. The role involves working with NoSQL databases (Amazon DocumentDB preferred) in a microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Build and optimize backend services using NoSQL databases (Amazon DocumentDB)
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams for seamless integration
- Ensure API performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Work in a microservices and distributed systems workplace
- Debug and resolve production and development issues
- Follow coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews
