Job Summary

We are looking for Store Executive to support day-to-day warehouse & store operations including material receiving, storage, dispatch preparation, and stock management. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper bin management, and coordinating with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Receiving & Verification

i. Assist in unloading, physical verification, and weighment of incoming materials.

ii. Cross-check received items with Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Challan (DC), and Quality notes.

2. Storage & Bin Management

i. Tag and systematically place goods in warehouse or silo locations.

ii. Maintain daily bin card updates and ensure timely system posting.

3. Dispatch Preparation

i. Prepare documentation for material dispatch as per approved indents.

ii. Prepare gate passes, packing lists,



and coordinate with security teams.

4. Shift Logs & Handover

i. Maintain detailed shift handover notes covering completed and pending tasks.

ii. Ensure proper communication between shifts for seamless operations.

5. Stock Accuracy & Physical Count

i. Conduct daily inspection and report discrepancies.

ii. Support monthly and quarterly stock audits and physical verifications.

6. Cleaning, Safety & Pest Control Monitoring

i. Maintain cleanliness of assigned storage areas.

ii. Monitor for rodent activity, damaged bags, or leakages and report immediately.

7. Returns, Rejections & Scrap Handling

i. Maintain records for returned or rejected materials and QC hold stock.

ii. Coordinate with scrap vendors for disposal activities as per SOPs.

8. Support to Other Departments

i. Issue materials to production or maintenance based on approved indents.
