We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Senior Analyst to join our team in NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience providing executive-level support, with expertise in minute taking, action follow-up, and expense management.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide seamless day-to-day operations by offering executive-level support to senior executives.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including minutes, actions, and expenses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for executives.
- Prepare documents and presentations as required by the team.
- Administer PO/Invoice processing and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile corporate cards monthly and resolve discrepancies.





Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or Business Support Analyst.
- Strong skills in minute taking, action follow-up, and expense management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
