Job Overview

Pesh Group is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee junior accountants
- Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning




- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com
- Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
- Experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP systems
- Valuable understanding of financial reporting and auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently

Salary & Benefits
- ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
