Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance market.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in Bancassurance or related field (Insurance Sales/Relationship Executive).
- Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
