Project Controls Strategy & Planning
- Establish and implement the project controls execution plan aligned with project objectives and execution strategy.
- Define project control procedures, systems, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and align Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and coding structures.
- Ensure integration of schedule, cost, and progress data across project disciplines.

Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
- Establish baseline schedules and manage updates and revisions.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and support recovery planning.

Progress Measurement & Reporting
- Establish progress measurement methodologies for engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Consolidate physical progress, earned value, and performance metrics.
- Prepare periodic management and client reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide accurate and timely performance insights to project leadership.





Interface with Engineering, Procurement & Construction
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to validate progress, quantities, and deliverables.
- Interface with procurement on commitments, delivery schedules, and cost status.
- Support construction management with productivity tracking and performance analysis.
- Ensure alignment between site and homeoffice reporting.
- Maintain transparent, auditable project controls records.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP

- Proficiency in project control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Analytical and datadriven decision support capability
- Robust reporting, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
