We are expecting a candidate who is proactive and is able to take initiatives for the development of the department and contribute to the overall academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular theory and practical classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Ability to develop syllabi, prepare course materials, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and assess student performance.
- Supervise and guide students during laboratory sessions and for clinical postings.
- Prepare and update class notes, PowerPoint presentations, digital learning materials, and video demonstrations for SMART CLASS sessions.
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluate students, maintain academic records, and monitor their progress.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Assist in organizing health camps, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Actively contribute to departmental and institutional activities, including professional lecture recordings and promotional/academic content.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of clinical experience is expected.
- Prior teaching experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Robust practical and theoretical knowledge & eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
