Job Summary

The HR Generalist will majorly responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will also contribute to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding,



compliance with employee/labour laws, worker handling, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and fostering a positive work environment through team-building and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, Factories Act, ESI, and Provident Fund regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies for labor and statutory audits and inspections.
- Coordinate statutory audits and maintain compliance records as per required timelines
- Handle day-to-day interactions and grievances of shop-floor and factory workers.

Attendance & Payroll:
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS
- Maintain employee leave records and prepare monthly salary and reports.
- Monitor daily attendance and manage biometric systems.
- Assist in accurate payroll inputs, increment cycle and timely salary processing.
