Role Description
The Branch Legal Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing legal matters at the branch level. This role involves drafting, reviewing,



and vetting legal documents and contracts related to lending, securities, and recovery processes. The Branch Legal Manager will support branch operations by providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, and coordinating with external counsel when required. Daily activities include monitoring legal risks, handling litigation and dispute resolution, preparing case summaries, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation. The role also requires collaboration with credit, collections, and business teams to enable legally sound decision-making and protect the company’s interests.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with sound knowledge of corporate, banking, and financial services regulations.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, and other legal instruments.
