Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit IT professionals across US markets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate pipelines
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients
- Source through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other channels
- Manage submissions, follow-ups, and candidate relationships
Preferred Skills:
- Solid knowledge of US IT staffing/recruitment
- Excellent sourcing and communication skills
- Experience with technical roles and IT technologies
- Familiarity with VMS/ATS and recruitment tools
