Required mandatory Qualification: CA Inter

Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage overall finance and accounts operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Oversee project-wise accounting and profitability analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and project cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Track project revenue recognition and WIP accounting.
- Handle banking operations including OD/CC limits, BGs, LC, and term loans.
- Monitor daily cash position and liquidity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT,



and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Provide project-wise financial analysis and profitability reports.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and aging analysis.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.
