We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers for a high-rise residential project in Pune. The candidate should have strong experience in execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control of multi-storey residential building projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in site activities, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site for high-rise residential buildings
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule
- Monitor structural, finishing, and allied civil works to maintain quality and progress
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Check and verify bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
- Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site




- Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and site issues to management
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction norms
- Review measurements, billing quantities, and work completion status at site
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation statements
- Support project handover activities and closure of pending works within timelines

Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-rise residential building construction
- Sound knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution activities
- Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety practices, and construction sequencing
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
