QA Tester & Support Associate

About the Role
:

As a QA Tester & Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our SaaS product while supporting customers in their day-to-day operations. You'll combine hands-on manual testing with customer support, issue tracking, product documentation, and close coordination with the tech and product teams to ensure problems are identified, communicated, and resolved effectively.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Conduct manual testing of web and application features to identify bugs, usability issues, and functional gaps.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new features and product updates.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with explicit reproduction steps, screenshots, expected results, and actual results.
- Provide first-level customer support through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other support channels and resolve product-related queries.
- Understand customer issues,



troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring further investigation.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to validate bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release.
- Create and maintain test cases, SOPs, product documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge-base content.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues, feature requests, and opportunities to improve the product.
- Assist in product demos and onboarding sessions for customers when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer issues, bugs, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Liaise between customers, support, product, and technology teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.

Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
