About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical / Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions for our US-based clients and teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong architectural expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and senior leadership. This role will require significant overlap with US Eastern Time working hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical and solution architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define current-state and target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
- Evaluate existing applications, platforms,



integrations, and infrastructure and recommend modernization opportunities.
- Drive architecture decisions across application, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security domains as applicable.
- Establish and maintain architecture standards, principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solutions comply with defined technical and security standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during design, development, testing, deployment, and production implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations based on business value, scalability, cost, and technical feasibility.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability challenges, and potential performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders and participate in architecture discussions, workshops, and design sessions during US EST hours.
