This is a full time onsite role for a Cosmetic Clinic Manager located in Thrissur. The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the cosmetic clinic, manage staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Revenue Targets: Drive the clinic team to meet monthly and annual financial sales targets.
- Upselling: Monitor and increase consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and promotional package sales.
- Local Marketing: Collaborate with marketing departments to create promotional campaigns that drive local footfall.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate competitor offerings, local pricing structures, and general market growth opportunities.
- Staff Management: Recruit Doctors, Nursers and Admin staff, onboard, train, and manage rosters for multidisciplinary teams.




- Daily Management: Direct everyday clinic operations, patient flow, and appointment scheduling.
- Social Media Marketing: Responsible to supervise the clinic's social media marketing in all platforms via campaigns, posters
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of management experience within an aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or luxury hospitality setting

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
