Position : Marketing Executive

Experience : Fresher to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

A. Backend Operations (Approx. 60%)
- New vendor registration and documentation.
- Vendor follow-up after approval.
- Purchase Order (PO) preparation and issuance.
- Coordination with vendors for work execution and completion.
- Invoice verification and validation.
- Sharing verified invoices with the Finance team for processing.
- Maintaining and updating the Marketing Expense Tracker.
- Tracking payment status and preparing outstanding payment reports.
- Execution of SMS and WhatsApp campaigns for:
- Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs)
- Retailers
- Customers
- Other marketing databases as required.
- Maintaining marketing records and ensuring timely coordination with internal stakeholders.

B. Field Marketing & Travel (Approx. 40%)
- Travel for on-ground marketing activity validation.




- Monitoring execution of:
- Shop Branding
- Outdoor Branding
- EBO Branding
- Leaflet distribution and other BTL activities.
- Competitor activity observation and reporting.
- Identifying and reporting new advertising/media opportunities in the market.
- Coordinating with vendors during field visits to ensure quality execution.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
