Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in leading or managing IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Solid expertise in core Java development with proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
- Experience working with React.JS frontend technology for building user interfaces.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through complex projects from concept to delivery.
