Job Description

We are seeking a competent and energetic Manager (E&M;) to oversee the maintenance, and smooth functioning of all electromechanical equipments at our premium high-rise residential/commercial site.
- To design, execute, and track the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule for all electromechanical machinery.
- To conduct rapid fault-finding, root-cause analysis, and rectification of complex electrical faults in HT/LT Cables and panels.
- To ensure statutory compliances including NOCs, DG Set approvals & Transformer inspections.
- To oversee the breakdown of maintenance services, and troubleshooting of all critical electrical assets including HT/LT Panels, DG Sets, UPS systems, Transformers, Motors, and CT/PT Chambers.
- To manage high-side HVAC systems,



including Chiller Plants and Cooling Towers.
- To monitor and maintain critical vertical transportation assets (Lifts & Elevators).
- To ensure optimal energy efficiency towards managing the Building Management System (BMS).
- To compile, verify, and present precise daily breakdown reports, and energy consumption sheets to upper management.
- To prepare, track, and update comprehensive snag lists for all site assets; coordinate with facility teams for seamless testing, commissioning.

Work Experience : Minimum 6-12 Years Experience.

Education : B.Tech (Electrical), B.E. (Electrical), Diploma (Electrical)
