Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and informative content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, infographics, etc.).
- Stay updated with new social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Record and edit videos for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure success.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach.




- Conduct competitive analysis and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing.
- Experience in writing blogs and creating video content for social media.
- Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
- Robust understanding of social media trends and viral content strategies.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools for content ideation and automation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
