Level: Level 1 Experience: Min 2+ years of experience as Manager or TL in education counselling Preference: someone who has worked in sales department of colleges & university, schools, academy, institutes, Coaching centers, Students from FrankFinn - Air hostess academy, Call centres, BPO, Role: Permanent Education background: Graduate (BCA,BTech, MCA background as they have to counsel tech courses will be added advantage) Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) and Sunday (Fixed Holiday) JD Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (in-house / Microsite) Converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms,



along with relevant proofs Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents. Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures. Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants. Skills & Requirement: Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations Ability to handle end to end admission cycle Vendor management Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.
