Role & responsibilities
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial transparency.
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial close governance and produce

accurate, timely management reporting with transparent variance analysis and commentary.
- Own liquidity management metrics with a focus on DSO and

working capital optimization; partner with O2C/AR teams to improve cash conversion.
- Drive expense management discipline and revenue forecasting

accuracy; build driver-based forecasting models and scenario analyses.
- Build and maintain dashboards covering people metrics (hours, FTE, headcount, utilization) and engagement economics to inform capacity and profitability decisions.
- Produce detailed reports that provide valuable insights along

with commentary, aiding strategic decision-making and

improving financial transparency.
