We are looking for a skilled End User Computing professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to provide end-to-end support on desktop issues, laptop support, and application installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end support for desktop and laptop issues.
- Install and troubleshoot applications and patches.
- Troubleshoot AV systems and perform basic day-to-day activities related to end-user computing.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding issue resolution.

Job Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user computing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of patch installation, AV troubleshooting, and application installation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with end-user computing tools and technologies.
