- Patient Assessment – Assess the patient's health condition, medical history, symptoms, and care needs.
- Care Planning – Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with doctors, patients, and families.
- Medication Management – Administer prescribed medications on time and monitor their effectiveness or adverse reactions.
- Wound Care – Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor the healing process.
- Injections & Medical Procedures – Administer injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed nursing procedures.
- Monitoring & Recording – Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Personal Care Assistance – Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities when required.
- Nutrition Management – Support meal planning, feeding, and proper nutrition according to the patient's dietary requirements.
- Patient & Family Education – Educate patients and family members about disease management,



medication, safety, hygiene, and healthy practices.
- Emergency Response – Recognize changes in the patient's condition and respond appropriately during medical emergencies.
- Coordination of Care – Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Safety & Infection Control – Follow proper infection-control procedures and maintain a secure, clean environment for the patient.
- Real-Time Patient Updates – Regularly update the patient's condition, check-ups, reports, and progress in the designated healthcare application.
- Confidentiality & Professional Ethics – Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethics, respect, dignity, and compassionate care at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
