Job Title: Software Engineer (III) - Core Engineer III

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 6+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules, Power Platform, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, and Power Automate.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing CRM customizations, automating business processes, building Canvas Apps and Custom Pages,



implementing secure integrations with external systems, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting solution design and application lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse, Web API, middleware, GitHub, Microservices, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.

- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of software development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM data model, security model, solution management, and ALM practices.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript for form customization, client-side logic, business rules, and enhanced user experiences.
- Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom APIs.
