Kamal Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sr.Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, banking operations, cash flow management, and fund planning for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage Tally accounting and ensure timely updating of transactions.
- Handle banking activities, including bank transactions, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor daily cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and fund requirements.
- Assist in fund planning and ensure availability of funds for operational requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking transactions and documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Handle accounting related to import and export transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and banking partners regarding financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS and other financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of banking, cash flow and fund planning.
- Exposure to import-export accounting will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
