Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Scorgemi Scientific Solutions within the life sciences market, particularly for instruments and consumables. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, involving regular client visits, in-person meetings, and close collaboration with internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, gathering market and competitor intelligence, and working with product and technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. The Business Development Manager will prepare regular sales reports, contribute to revenue forecasts, and participate in events, conferences, and product demonstrations to promote the company’s offerings.
