Position Summary

The Relationship Manager Equity Trading is responsible for acquiring and servicing retail, HNI, and active trading clients by providing equity market solutions, trading support, and investment guidance. The role focuses on generating brokerage revenue, increasing client engagement, promoting trading products, and ensuring exceptional client experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development
- Acquire new retail and HNI clients for equity trading.
- Open Demat and Trading accounts through various sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits.




- Generate business through referrals, networking, and corporate tie-ups.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Trading & Investment Advisory
- Assist clients in executing equity and derivatives trades.
- Share market updates, research reports, and trading ideas.
- Promote delivery, intraday, derivatives, and margin trading products.
- Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Coordinate with research and dealing teams for timely execution of recommendations.

Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual brokerage targets.
- Increase active client base and trading volumes.
