About the Role

We are looking for a
Luxury Sales & Marketing Executive
who can represent the brand, drive sales, build robust client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our luxury gifting business.

This is a
multi-dimensional role
combining sales, client servicing, marketing, business development, brand partnerships, and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a premium, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
- Handle walk-in and incoming luxury gifting enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle high-value wedding, corporate, and festive gifting clients.
- Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to order delivery.

Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate and wedding clients.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, luxury brands, hotels, and other relevant partners.
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking, references, and outreach.
- Explore new markets and opportunities for the brand.

Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative and social media team for campaigns, shoots, launches, and events.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help develop ideas for new campaigns, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Support PR, influencer, event, and brand partnership initiatives.
