Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets through effective service delivery and client relationship management.
- Manage a team of Team leaders to drive performance and revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, driving growth in the region.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CRM data, sales reports, and customer feedback to optimize service delivery and improve overall business outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in BPO or call center industry with a focus on regional management or team leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction (CSAT) through excellent service delivery.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and ability to analyze performance metrics using tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
