Role & responsibilities
- Visualize and facilitate logistics of the warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves.
- Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and Manager, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions related to logistics and delivery.
- Handle communications with external suppliers.
- Ensuring Timely Dispatch.
- Managing the inward and outward dispatches.
- Creating and sharing reports with the management.
- Plan and supervise delivery schedule, delivery run sheets.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
- Client coordination
- Vendor Follow up
- Purchase Order Reconciliation
