Role

The Packing Supervisor will manage the packing section for home textile products such as tablecloths, curtains, bed linen, cushion covers, and kitchen textiles. The role ensures that goods are packed neatly, assortments are correct, and shipments meet export standards.

Duties
- Supervise packing of textile items (sets, assortments, bulk orders).
- Check measurements, assortment accuracy, and labeling as per buyer requirements.
- Ensure packing materials (polybags, cartons, barcodes, stickers) are used correctly.
- Maintain stage-wise records of packed and pending items.
- Coordinate with stitching, finishing, and quality teams to avoid delays.
- Train packing staff on handling delicate fabrics and maintaining cleanliness.
- Monitor carton weight, volume, and palletization for export compliance.
- Report daily packing status, shortages, and shipment readiness to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karur, Tamil Nadu (Karur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Packing: 5 years (Preferred)
