Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter from a consultancy and target-based background at CareerBloc. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including gathering client requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, and providing regular updates to clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will work with performance targets, contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities, and support employer branding initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in recruitment tools or ATS systems, preparing reports on hiring performance, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.





Qualifications
- Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment with a proven track record in target-based roles, including end-to-end hiring and candidate sourcing.
- Strong skills in screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment, with the ability to match profiles to client requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and qualified networks for talent acquisition, as well as familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts and employer branding, with the ability to represent client brands professionally in the talent market.
