Role Description
The Senior Manager CRM is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for overseeing customer relationship management processes, including tracking inquiries, managing customer data, and ensuring timely responses to prospects and existing clients. The role involves designing and implementing CRM strategies, monitoring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and project teams to optimize customer journeys. Daily tasks include analyzing customer feedback and behavior,



segmenting customer groups, preparing reports for leadership, and driving initiatives to improve retention and conversion. The Senior Manager CRM also leads CRM-related projects, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
