Job Overview

ICA Edu Skills is looking for a Tele Counselling Coordinator to connect with students and prospective learners, understand their educational and career requirements, provide accurate course information, and guide them through the admission process.

This is a counselling-focused role with NO sales target. Candidates with prior counselling, tele-counselling, student coordination, education counselling, or customer support experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with students and parents over phone and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain relevant courses, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Provide proper guidance and counselling based on student requirements.




- Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams when required.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Ensure a smooth counselling and student-support experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Good listening, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Previous counselling experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates from education counselling, tele-counselling, student support, or customer service backgrounds can apply.
- Freshers with good communication and counselling skills are also welcome.
