Job Description

The VDI Systems Integration Principal Advisor is a recognized subject matter expert and technical leader with extensive experience designing, transforming, and optimizing complex enterprise end-user computing and virtualization environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling the Principal Advisor to influence technology direction, drive innovation, and deliver business value across multiple clients and organizations.

The Principal Advisor serves as the highest level of technical escalation and trusted advisor for both customers and internal stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate advanced leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to guide large-scale transformation initiatives while mentoring senior engineers and consultants. The ability to operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments is essential.





Responsibilities
- Act as the highest level technical escalation point for complex support and engineering activities.
- Provide strategic technical leadership across multiple accounts, programs, and initiatives.
- Define and drive architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for VDI and Application Delivery platforms.
- Lead the design, implementation, and modernization of large-scale enterprise virtualization and digital workspace solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, customers, account teams, and technology partners.
- Establish long-term roadmap strategies for Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, Windows 365, and related technologies.
