Fashion Consultant / Fashion Advisor

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, providing personalized fashion advice, and achieving store sales and KPI targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers professionally on the shop floor.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and style requirements.
- Provide personalized product and styling recommendations.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and brand USP.
- Drive sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales & KPI targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, sizes, fabrics, and trends.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain proper visual presentation and grooming standards on the shop floor.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, folded, tagged, and replenished.
- Support stock checking, inventory management,



and store operations when required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and support CRM/clienteling activities.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve daily sales objectives.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, billing procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitor activities.
