Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger accounting, Intercompany transactions, Consolidation and Reporting, and Month-End Close activities. Proficiency in SAP and Excel, along with a solid foundation in accounting principles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger (GL) Accounting: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements across multiple entities.
- Consolidation & Reporting: Assist in financial consolidation and preparation of internal and external financial reports.
- Month-End Close Activities: Prepare and post Manual Journal Entries (MJEs), perform account clearing, and ensure timely close of books.
- Foreign Exchange Revaluation: Execute FX revaluation processes and analysis currency impacts on financial statements.
- Compliance & Controls:



Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Systems & Tools: Utilize SAP for financial transactions and reporting; leverage Excel for data analysis and reporting automation

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, masters in finance and accounting or related field (BCom, MCom, CMA, MBA, CA, CPA or equivalent preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of R2R processes and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, HANA modules) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial consolidation tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft application
