Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and culturally aware Social Media Manager to shape the digital presence of our art exhibitions, cultural initiatives, artist collaborations, and creative experiences. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing, lifestyle publications, art galleries, or museums, along with a strong understanding of art, design, culture, and visual storytelling. They will lead the organisation’s social media strategy and translate artistic and cultural experiences into compelling digital narratives.

This role requires robust visual sensibility, hands-on content creation ability, and proven experience developing brand strategy and guidelines.



The candidate should be able to lead content from concept to execution—from strategic planning and campaign development to exhibition coverage, content production, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end social media strategy and management across Instagram and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and implement brand-aligned social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling frameworks.
- Establish and maintain brand strategy guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and content approach across channels.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content including photography, videography, Reels, Stories, artist features, exhibition walkthroughs, and event coverage.
- Translate artworks, exhibitions, installations, artists’ practices, and cultural experiences into relevant and engaging digital stories.
