Technology: Oracle Utilities Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Java

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Utilities Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) solutions.
- Configure ORMB business objects, algorithms, service scripts, zones, and business services.
- Develop and modify ORMB Java-based components and framework extensions.
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, packages, and functions.
- Work on billing, payments, adjustments, collections, financial transactions, and related business processes.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical designs and ORMB configurations.
- Develop interfaces between ORMB and external systems using APIs, web services, batch processes, and integration frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA teams,



and other developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and support code reviews.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities ORMB.
- Good understanding of ORMB architecture and framework.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with ORMB configuration and customization.
- Understanding of batch processing and integration.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations.
- Valuable debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting is beneficial.
- Knowledge of utility billing, payments, or financial business processes is an advantage.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B;).
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
- Experience working in Agile
