Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing Beauty Advisors (BAs), expanding business across BA and Non-BA channels, and ensuring effective market execution within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through BA and Non-BA channels.




- Manage and drive performance of Beauty Advisors and ensure outlet-wise productivity.
- Support BA onboarding, training, engagement, and performance improvement.
- Manage assigned stores and ensure sales growth, product availability, and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, inventory, and market performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, stores, and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and new product launches.
- Lead and train the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and regular performance reports.

Key Requirements
- Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or a related industry.
