This is a unique, hybrid role (Field + WFH) where you will dive deep into how electrical contracting and manufacturing vendors operate. You will drive end-to-end vendor outreach via phone and physical site visits, understand their pain points, and build credible vendor profiles to expand our platform's network.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)




- B2B Outreach & Onboarding: Execute targeted calling campaigns and lead generation to introduce vendors to VenWiz's special initiatives.
- On-Ground Engagement: Conduct physical field visits to vendor facilities, factories, and offices across Bengaluru to build trust and close deals.
- Profile Building: Gather critical data points (capabilities, order histories, certificates) to build comprehensive vendor profiles on the platform.
- Market Intelligence: Map out vendor purchasing behavior, supply chain pipelines, and evaluate their interest in rewards or loyalty programs.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain daily logs of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Reporting: Analyze your outreach data to spot response patterns, track conversions, and share actionable feedback with leadership.
