Job Purpose

Responsible for site execution, technical coordination and installation supervision of ELV, Electronic Security, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems, ensuring work is completed safely, as per approved drawings/specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors for ELV, Security and Fire Fighting installations.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Monitor CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm wiring, installation and testing.
- Supervise Fire Fighting piping, fitment and pressure testing.
- Ensure HSE, quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
- Ensure timely correction of installation and quality issues.
- Coordinate Joint Measurements (JMS) and customer sign-offs.

Client Coordination & Progress Reporting
- Act as the primary technical contact for the customer at site.
- Prepare accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) covering progress, manpower, materials and issues.




- Conduct site inspections and coordinate stage-wise customer approvals.
- Escalate technical, material, manpower and schedule issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers and site stakeholders.

Technical Coordination & Site Engineering
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, schematics and project documents.
- Coordinate technical clarifications and RFIs with the Engineering team.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and interface clashes.
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify site measurements, quantities and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with other contractors to minimize conflicts and rework.

Material & Resource Management
- Verify material deliveries against BOQ and approved requirements.
- Track availability of critical materials for planned activities.
- Identify and escalate material shortages, damages and procurement delays.
