Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.

Coordinate with technical teams for service, installation, maintenance, and project requirements.

Schedule and assign technicians based on client and project requirements

Follow up with clients regarding service requests, project updates, and operational requirements.

Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, and other internal teams for smooth workflow.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and operational requirements.

Track ongoing projects, service requests, pending tasks, and ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational/MIS reports.

Monitor technician schedules, site visits, and service activities.

Handle operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.





Ensure proper communication and follow-up with clients and internal teams.

Support management in improving operational efficiency and processes.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

0–2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Coordination, or a related role. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
