Key Responsibilities • Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, space planning, and detailed drawings for diagnostic centres and healthcare facilities. • Plan efficient layouts for laboratories, sample collection areas, reception, waiting areas, offices, and utility spaces. • Develop and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. • Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other consultants. • Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams. • Review BOQs, material specifications, estimates, and project requirements. • Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, fire safety requirements, accessibility standards, and healthcare/laboratory requirements. • Support renovation, expansion,



and current facility development projects. • Identify site-related issues and provide

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
