HR Manager (Generalist) – Hotel & Restaurant Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with mandatory experience in the Hotel / Restaurant industry to handle HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement and retention activities.
- Support manpower planning with department heads.
- Handle exit formalities and Full & Final settlement.





Requirements
- 8–15 years of HR experience in Hotel / Restaurant industry – Mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
- Ability to manage HR activities in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Human resources management: 7 years (Preferred)
- HR genaralist: 7 years (Preferred)
